How does it work?
A retainer is a set number of hours reserved for you each month, at a fixed monthly price, paid upfront. It means guaranteed time in my diary, one predictable invoice, and no need to re-book or re-brief me every time something comes up. Suggestions:
10 hours: £330
20 hours: £660
40 hours: £1320
Ideal for one-off projects, testing out VA support, or covering busy periods. Enjoy flexible, reliable help without committing to a monthly retainer. A 30% deposit is required upfront. Projects will be completed as time allows, with retainer package work taking priority.

Retainer Packages
Billed in full at the start of each month. Your hours are reserved just for you to ensure my availability, and unused hours don’t carry over. Any changes or cancellations require 30 days’ notice.
My time is tracked using Toggl and a detailed report can be sent to you upon request at the end of the month.
If you’ve retained my time I will let you know when we’re getting close to the end of your hours, so you don’t receive any unexpected surprises.
You can increase your retainer hours as and when required (subject to my availability).
